About Luzardo
Technology that grows your profits shouldn't cost tens of thousands of dollars. We build affordable tools for the farmers who feed the world.
Our Story
Luzardo began with a simple observation: many cattle producers in Venezuela sold their animals by the head because they lacked access to scales. We set out to help them estimate cattle weight from smartphone photos, using a tool already in their pockets.
What began as a weight-estimation tool is now a records and verification app. Producers in 94 countries use it today. Our purpose remains the same: to put advanced technology in the hands of the people at the foundation of the global food system.
How It Works
Photo weighing estimates a cow's weight from a few phone photos or a short video. We're testing it on partner farms now.
Keep each animal's weights, shots, breeding and costs in one place, from the day she's born to the day she ships. Sort your herd by weight, daily gain or breed. Your records belong to you. Download them anytime as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, and share them only when you want to.
Our Mission
To give every livestock producer the tools to feed a growing world.
Accuracy
We create records that you can rely on.
Farmer-first
Our priority is to increase farmers' profit margins.
Transparency
Records your buyer, vet or bank can check when you share them.
Animal-friendly
Fewer rounds through the chute means calmer cattle.
